Your signature on the bottom of this document confirms agreement to the terms and conditions of the
HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract (“Agreement”).  This is not an insurance policy but an annual service contract.  (Note: Print and sign 2 copies of this Agreement)

Terms and Conditions

  • Three (3) year hail (only) Paintless Dent Repair (know as PDR) damage protection service contract plan.  This contract does not cover door dings.
  • Customer is limited to one (1) hail claim per year per three (3) year agreement.
  • Maximum dollar coverage per year is one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars PDR (only) per claim.
  • Customer at their option may elect the panel(s) to be PDR repaired.
  • Hail Guard Network Pricing Matrix is the exclusive guideline for all repairs.
  • In the event PDR per vehicle(s) does not exceed one thousand (($1,000.00) dollars or is a total loss Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of portion or a refund.  
  • HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract must be purchased at time of sale.
  • Program only covers new retail purchased or leased vehicles.
  • Customer claims exclude molding, parts, and glass.
  • This agreement is transferable.

Procedure for using the Program

  • Customer who sustains hail damage shall first file a claim with their insurance carrier within ten (10) days and obtain an estimate of damage
  • After the claim is filed with the insurance carrier the Customer shall file a damage report with the dealership where HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract was purchased and schedule a date for repair.
  • In the event that hail damage exceeds one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars per vehicle the Customer and Hail Guard Network, Inc. agree the price shall be set per Hail Guard Network, Inc. PDR Pricing Matrix.
