Your signature on the bottom of this document confirms agreement to the terms and conditions of the
HAIL SHIELD Dealership Service Contract (“Agreement”). This is not an insurance policy but an annual service contract. (Note: Print and sign 2 copies of this Agreement)
Terms and Conditions
- Three (3) year hail (only) PDR damage protection service contract plan. This contract does not cover door dings.
- HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract must be purchased at time of sale.
- Program only covers new retail purchased or leased vehicles.
- Wholesale price of HAIL SHIELD Customer Contract is three hundred thirty ($330.00) dollars.
- Suggested retail price is four hundred ninety-nine ($499.00) dollars plus applicable tax per HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract. Dealership is responsible for collection and payment of all taxes. Dealership shall not discount this agreement.
- Dealership shall provide adequate space and electricity for approved PDR repairs.
Procedure for using the Program
- Dealership must provide their customer with an original signed contract.
- Dealership must keep copy of HAIL SHIELD Customer Service Contract and on the 15th and 30th of each month report sales to HAIL GUARD NETWORK , INC. on the Report Log.
- Dealership shall send payment to HAIL GUARD NETWORK, INC. on the 15th and 30th of each month. A copy of the Report Log and a copy of each HAIL SHIELD Customer Contract shall accompany payment.
