Instructions
- Print 2 Copies of the Hail Guard Network, Inc. Service Contract
- Determine your company's yearly average inventory per location or select number of vehicles desired per service contract.
- Calculate number of vehicles per location and multiply by ($20.00) per vehicle. You must include a one-time network fee of $1000.00 per location of stored vehicles.
- Complete the customer information form worksheet and two (2) Hail Guard Network, Inc. service contracts. Both contracts must be an original signature by an authorized officer of the corporation or by the business owner.
- Fed-Ex the customer information worksheet, two (2) completed signed contracts and payment to:

- A signed contract will be endorsed by Hail Guard Network, Inc. and returned with a Hail Guard Network, Inc. certificate for your records.
